This aromatic and refreshing infusion is a mix of shade dried, whole peppermint leaves and hand cut lemongrass grown on our mountain farm.

The peppermint leaves and lemon grass are cleaned, sorted by hand, and gently shade dried in the pure and invigorating air of the mountains. They are then packed in small batches in glass bottles that can be refilled or reused.

As a family run farm in a remote mountain location, we are focused on sustainability and being self sufficient. We grow our produce in small quantities as part of a biodiverse farm with companion plants. We grow for our personal use primarily and sell only the excess in ultra small, seasonal batches that we call microlots.

This all natural, aromatic herbal infusion is best had as a hot/cold tea for a refreshing and soothing experience at any time of the day.

Directions: Add 1 tsp of the infusion in a pot, pour hot water, cover and brew for 5-7 mins. Strain, sweeten if needed.

Storage: Best before 12 months from date packed. Store airtight in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Use dry spoon.
