This aromatic and refreshing infusion is a mix of shade dried, whole peppermint leaves and hand cut lemongrass grown on our mountain farm.

The peppermint and lemongrass are cleaned, sorted by hand, and gently shade dried in the pure and invigorating air of the mountains. They are then packed in small batches in glass bottles that can be refilled or reused.

This all natural, aromatic peppermint and lemongrass infusion is best had as a hot/cold tea for a refreshing and soothing experience at any time of the day.

Directions: Add 1 tsp of the infusion in a pot, pour hot water, cover and brew for 5-7 mins. Strain, sweeten if needed.

Storage: Best before 12 months from date packed. Store airtight in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Use dry spoon.

We are a permaculture mountain farm, started and run by a Pahadi-Telugu couple, in a remote, rural, off the road location near Nainital in the lower Himalayas of Uttarakhand. We are focused on sustainability, self-reliance and being self sufficient.

We practice bio diverse, organic and natural agriculture using a permaculture approach, and do not use any chemical pesticides or urea or any artificial additives or preservatives on our farm or while making and packing our farm products.

We grow in small quantities for our personal use primarily and pack any additional produce in ultra small, seasonal batches that we call microlots so that you too can experience the nutritional goodness of our artisanal, farm fresh products.
