Welcome! Fagunia Farmstay is a home stay villa located on a 2 acre Himalayan farm estate near Nainital in the Kumaon region of Uttarakhand. Fagunia is a labor of love by a Pahadi-Telugu couple. We are passionate about traveling, homestays, sustainable living and organic farming. Through Fagunia Farmstay, we aim to share these passions with responsible travellers like you.
Trapped in our increasingly atomised urban lifestyles, most of us have lost touch with the natural world, which is the sustaining source for all life on this planet. Fagunia Farmstay will be a modest attempt from our side to try living in harmony with nature. And consequently offer discerning travellers like you a chance to reconnect with the natural world.

Through this homestay, we will give travellers an opportunity to enjoy the peace, beauty and gentle rhythms of nature. Through our farm fresh produce we will aim to grow and share our own food using organic farming methods that preserve soil and nutrients. And by harvesting rain water, recycling sewage and waste and installing solar power we aim to eventually become completely self sufficient and minimise our impact on the natural world.
